Yes, I am bad. One of my readers visited my house today, which was the perfect excuse for her to catch up on my latest postings. I made her sit at the computer (under gun point) and read my blog. Usually I just call her and tell her to read my latest post. I thought that this would be a more fun twist.
And yes, I do call people to let them know that I have recently posted. And have they read it? No? Well, do you have a minute? I'll wait, it's no problem.
I am sad.
So I appreciate so much my one lone reader that I do not have to coerce. Thank you, love.
Excellent strategy! I find referring to content on my site and refusing to recap it for people until they read the site also helps. Oh, and family is great because you have built-in guilt-trip avenues.
I think if I had to get busted for something, "not remembering lots of people love me" might be pretty high on my list. Hope you're enjoying the lovefest!

Books of Booky Past: these are books that I have recently (or not so recently) read, and recommend.
the plain truth: jodi picoult This book provided a wealth of information about the Amish community. It was wonderful.
the time traveler's wife: audrey niffenegger (sp?) This book is like the movie Serendipity. Wow! the first time around, still pretty great for consequent readings.
Present Booky Books: do I really need to explain what this is?
dragon haven: robin hobb Yeah, it's fantasy. So is Edward Cullen.
